Daycare Referral Service Thank you for choosing the Bliss Body Spa referral service in your search for quality child care. Bliss Body Spa does not employ, approve, nor recommend providers of child care services. As a resource to you, we have a listing of center-based and family child care homes that are licensed by the State Department of Social Services. We also have a few listings of licensed-exempt Trustline providers. Trustline is a registry of license-exempt (non-licensed) providers. All licensed child care providers must meet the following minimum requirements with the State Department of Social Services: All individuals 18 or older must have a background check for criminal convictions and substantiated child abuse reports 15 hour of Health and Safety training (including pediatric first aid & CPR) Care must take place in the licensed home or licensed center Licensed-Exempt Trustline providers must meet the following requirements: Have a cleared criminal background check for criminal convictions and child abuse Care for only one families' children at a time in the home of the provider or family. Again, these are simply referrals, NOT RECOMMENDATIONS. Please tke the time to schedule appointments to interview your potential caregivers.
